The question being: "Shall CSSB 130(RLS) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Mackie gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSSB 130(RLS). SB 130 Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of CSSB 130(RLS) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
